  1. Venturelord Spacetech Private Limited (BHIVE) is a RERA Registered Agent, facilitating the sale of commercial unit in property located at Summit A of Brigade Metropolis – Mahadevapura, Bengaluru (Property), through an undivided Share Model (UDS).
  2. BHIVE is only an intermediary offering to advertise the Property and has neither developed nor owns the Property. No information or content in this advertisement should be construed as an ‘offer for sale’ of the Property. BHIVE does not make any representation regarding the standard and suitability used in the Property
  3. Any decision to make investment in the Property involves standard market risks, and all such decisions shall be made only after seeking independent legal, business and tax advice. BHIVE group or any of its employees, shall not be held responsible for any consequences due to act or omission on the part of the interested investors
  4. Please note that this is a secondary sale and BHIVE is not the primary seller.
